As of Friday, May 8, 2026, at 03:00 (CEST, UTC+2) / Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 18:00 (PDT, UTC-7),
all game servers for ‘THE CUBE, SAVE US’ will be shut down,
and the game will no longer be accessible or playable afterward.
After the Service Termination, for Raiders who purchased paid in-game currency
and whose refunds were not properly processed,
we will operate a dedicated refund support channel as follows.
■ Refund Request Period: May 8, 2026 Fri ~ June 8, 2026 Mon (KST, UTC+9)

■ Eligible Refund Items
• Unused Gold Bars legitimately purchased through Steam
■ Non-Refundable Items
• Gold Bars and items that have already been used (Consumed)
• Currency and items distributed for Free
• Currency and items obtained through Gameplay
• Currency and items already refunded on April 9, 2026 (Thu) (KST, UTC+9)
■ Required Information for Refund Requests
Please include the following information in your email.
1. Steam account name (or Steam ID)
2. In-game character name
3. Reason for refund request
4. Screenshot or receipt showing payment history
※ Refund requests will be processed in the order received, and the result will be provided within 3 business days after submission.
※ Refund requests cannot be accepted after the refund request period ends (June 8, 2026 KST, UTC+9), so please make sure to submit your request within the stated period.
