Hey Parasites!
The Pathogen is out of the petri dish.
Pathogenic 1.0 is OUT NOW.
You are a disease, a lone parasite waging a desperate war against the immune system. Choose one of our 7 distinct pathogens and fight through 6 vibrant organs of the human body, each with its own set of defenders. Loot and combine over 120 powerful organelles and mutations to craft game-breaking combos.
From the winding maze of the Intestines to the abrupt airflows in the Lungs, only the deadliest pathogen can survive this onslaught. And if you are big-brained enough, perhaps you can find your way into a secret level.
For those who are looking for more evolution possibilities, we've set up a Steam mod workshop for Pathogenic. Feel free to start experimenting and explore new potentials of infection!
Alongside the main game, we also have a supporter pack for those who enjoy our music and art! It contains a full collection of our 15 thematic soundtracks, and a concept art book looking behind the scenes of the game’s making. It is now available at an SRP of $9.99/£9.99/€9.99, with a 40% launch discount.
We are also spreading the plague to other developers. Here are a few viral (medically) and evolutionary bundles for you!

Our pathogen has come far, and we couldn't have done it without such an amazing community helping us grow. From the bottom of our plague-ridden hearts, a massive thanks to each and every one of you for all the support along the way, for all your encouragement and for the helpful feedback. We hope you enjoy spreading the infection in the human body and pushing the limits of evolution (or our game's performance).
Lastly, don't forget to join our Discord community! From tips and guides to git gud to sharing the most broken pathogen you can assemble, you'll find many fellow pathogens there! And follow us on YouTube, Twitter, TikTok for more Pathogenic news!
