Hello Reapers,
Some cool new features and bug fixes today!
NEW STAT - LUCK
There are now new Stat Upgrade buttons for Roguelite mode under the Undead section, along with new Luck stat upgrades during Night Time Rest in Roguelike mode. Luck is very simple: the higher your Luck value, the higher your chance of finding better rarities throughout the game. Luck maxes out at 5 Stat Points
NEW STAT PANEL
When you hover your cursor over the Adam & Husky portrait, it will now display every stat you currently have. This panel should update every time you unlock a new stat upgrade and/or select one from the Night Time Rest UI in Roguelike mode.
BUG FIXES:
Due to the new Luck stat, I went through the entire collection of stat upgrades and made sure everything is more accurate and saves/loads properly. Some of the stats were not consistent and have now been fixed
Fixed a bug where Grim_Death would sometimes not appear after death, usually after many fresh runs and/or loaded runs.
The Perk System Slot Machine would sometimes not pop up for some players, so I added a more robust system to make sure it always appears after reaching "0" quota.
When you have multiple Time Warp cards in hand and enter battle, the Clock button now properly hides itself after battle so it does not overlap with other UI elements.
In addition, the battle system was not properly utilizing the Clock button feature and could only time travel back 1 round at most, when it should have allowed unlimited uses. You can now use as many Time Warp cards in battle as you want. For example, you could get near the end of a battle and time travel all the way back to the start of the match.
When certain Events present the player with a Battle Card, hovering over it should now properly display that card’s Soulword description. Hopefully this is working for everyone in this patch.
That is all for today!
Thank you!
