Early Access Streaming / Video Posting / Fan Content Guidelines for The Second Reality Room: Unspoken Truths

Videos and livestreams of The Second Reality Room: Unspoken Truths may be posted or streamed without prior permission, whether by individuals, groups, or companies, for all content included in the Early Access version.
However, please follow the guidelines below.
Streaming / Video Posting
Please include “The Second Reality Room: Unspoken Truths” in the video title.
Please include a link to the game's Steam store page in the video description.
Only videos or livestreams of your own gameplay and commentary may be posted or streamed. Please refrain from posting clips or compilation videos featuring major story reveals, such as the truth behind the Second Reality or the sequences shown after completing Translate, as these may diminish the experience for other players.
When sharing your impressions of the game, please also be considerate of those who have not yet played, such as by taking care to avoid unmarked spoilers.
Monetization is permitted only through official platform features such as the YouTube Partner Program or Twitch Affiliate / Partner.
Shadow Glove accepts no responsibility for any damages arising from posting or streaming content related to this title.
Thumbnails for Videos / Livestreams
You may use screenshots from the game, as well as official key visuals, logos, and character assets provided by us.
The provided assets may only be used for video posting and livestreaming related to this title.
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the materials included in this kit are owned by Shadow Glove and FINE Co., Ltd. Distribution of this kit does not transfer any of these rights to users.

To prevent spoilers, please do not use Mind Read CGs, event CGs shown upon completing a Chapter, or character sprites / expression variants shown after a Visitor has broken free from their Second Reality in thumbnails.
When introducing multiple games in the same video, placing images from different titles side by side is permitted. However, please do not combine this game's images or characters with those from other titles in a way that makes them appear to be in the same scene or part of an official collaboration.
Fan Content
We welcome fan-created content by individuals and fan groups, provided that it is not primarily intended for commercial purposes. Fan art, cosplay, and similar activities do not require individual permission.
When posting fan content that contains major spoilers, such as characters’ appearances after their cases have been resolved or details central to the story, please be considerate of those who have not yet played the game by clearly marking the post as containing spoilers or placing the content behind a spoiler warning or similar measure. When posting on social media, we encourage you to use #SecondRealityRoomFanArt.
For use by companies, or for use primarily intended for commercial purposes, please contact us in advance.
Simply reposting or redistributing images, music, audio tracks, lyrics, or other content included in the game is not considered fan-created content.
Other Prohibited Uses
Videos, livestreams, or posts intended primarily for listening to the theme song, BGM, sound effects, or other in-game audio on their own (e.g. videos containing only the theme song section, videos intended to let viewers listen to a full track, extended or looped playback, etc.) ※There is no issue with these sounds playing naturally during normal gameplay or commentary.
Redistributing the official assets provided by us, or making them available as an asset collection.
Any use that could be mistaken for an official announcement, official account, or official collaboration for this title.
Posting or streaming unpublished information, leaked information, or assets improperly obtained from the game data.
Circumventing technical restrictions or protection measures implemented in the game or related services, or distributing methods or tools for doing so.
Any activity that violates the terms of service of the relevant video posting or streaming platform.
Content that seriously infringes upon the rights of, or damages the reputation or credibility of, any third party or this title, or any other use that we reasonably determine to be grossly inappropriate according to generally accepted social standards.
