Hello, Operators.

We’ve confirmed that many players are currently experiencing issues when attempting to request a refund for Thunder Tier One through Steam Support.

We are working closely with Steam to identify the cause as quickly as possible and are doing our best to ensure that refunds can be processed properly.

We will provide an update through this notice once the issue has been resolved.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Sincerely,

The Thunder Tier One Development Team
