Key Features
8 new weapons
33 new upgrades
A new boss variant, along with 5 new mechanics for existing bosses
A new world event system to spice up each run with random events
A new dynamic run difficulty system that changes boss encounters as the run unfolds
And many more features and changes - balance updates, optimizations, bug fixes. Full patch notes can be found in the in-game patch notes viewer.

The primary focus of this update has been creating diverse, engaging weapons. Each class now has 3 weapons ranging from traditional to exotic. You've got a gravity gun that pulls enemies in before deleting them, hunter seeker drones that fire sweeping energy beams when overcharged, and many more!
Pre-Release season 1 has concluded!
With this update, our first leaderboard season has finished with Trashmanworx narrowly taking the first spot by 2 points! It was a great conclusion to the season.

Congratulations Trashmanworx!
What's next?
Over the next month or so I'll be heavily focused on optimization and balance of the new content. Lots of weapon balancing to do, and I also want to make sure I'm happy with the game's pacing.
There will still be some new features coming as well though:
New Rogue Ability - Cloak
Now that reload is a property of kinetic and hybrid weapons rather than a feature of the Rogue class, Rogue needs something unique to call its own! That said, Rogue is getting a much requested feature - the ability to cloak and then launch surprise attacks for bonus effects. Each Rogue weapon will interact with this mechanic in a unique way.
Expanded World Event System
The world event system was a side project of this update, so while it's got great bones, it needs a lot more events so it can consistently deliver on its potential for run-to-run variety. I'll be adding many more world events over the next month or so to keep the gameplay experience fresh.
Keybinds and Other Quality of Life
Keybinds have been frequently requested, and now's a good time to get them added. This will be a partial step towards dedicated controller support, which will be coming a bit later down the road. I'll be looking into other lightweight quality of life items at this time as well, so I'd love to hear if there's anything people have been missing.
Steam Leaderboard Integration
This will be a requirement before Pre-Release season 2 can begin! The first leaderboard season came about as a total surprise to me - players in the discord began competing in their own goofy ways, so we made it official with a leaderboard. Now though it's time for me to get the leaderboard properly designed and integrated with Steam's API so that I'm not updating hard-coded entries every time someone places. I wasn't originally expecting for One More Run to have a competitive scene, but it's been really exciting to see you guys create one, and I'm thrilled to support it moving forward!
