Valgrim Bug fix for Valgrim Boss fight

Valgrim reaper boss was crashing when hit during his phase transition. This is fixed.
UI now snaps to buttons when initial opening a dialogue.
Dialogue was skipping some lines at times as if the button was being pressed twice on the controller. Fixed!
