New players who skip the tutorial are immediately placed into the Forest T1 map to try out combat and gameplay
If you start the tutorial and skip it at any point, you will also be moved to Forest T1
Completing the full tutorial also leads directly to Forest T1
The city becomes accessible only after dying/winning in the T1 map
