Hello, exorcists! Version 0.4.12 is bringing various small changes:
New villager
In this update we're introducing a new villager, the old bearded man, to start adding more variety to the game.
Better RNG
Some people were getting really bad RNG and were always seeing the same villagers and the same demons. So in this update we are also making sure that won't happen anymore. You are guaranteed to see different things before villagers and demons start repeating.
Improved dialogue and objectives
Objectives now are less vague and will do a better job at guiding players through the early game. We also tweaked some of the core lines of dialogue to give players more information about where to go next.
Other changes
Dialogue box is now at the bottom of the screen. The training exorcism dialogue is still at the top so it won't block any of the gameplay elements.
Fixed a candle bug that could lock players in the minigame.
Fixed two Calebs spawning in Caleb's room.
That's it for 0.4.12, we hope you enjoy the changes and give them demons what they deserve!
See you next time!
