Greetings, Star Guardians!
In the Version 1.3 Part 1 update on May 13 (Wed), the price of ‘Remnants of the Rift’ in the [Loyalty] tab of the Exchange Shop was adjusted from 3,000 Loyalty to 300 Loyalty.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by this sudden price change.
Accordingly, Star Guardians who purchased ‘Remnants of the Rift’ from the Exchange Shop before the price adjustment will receive retroactive compensation equivalent to the difference in Loyalty.
Please refer to the information below for more details.
✦ Distribution Schedule
- During the May 21 (Thu) maintenance
✦ Compensation Details
- Loyalty will be granted retroactively based on the number of purchases made before the price adjustment.
* Rewards will be distributed sequentially via the in-game mailbox after the May 21 (Thu) maintenance.
We will continue to do our best to provide a more enjoyable and comfortable adventure for all Star Guardians.
Thank you.
