We have identified an issue where mail rewards distributed through the ‘’Daily Cube Key Giveaway Event’ were not properly delivered to some Star Guardians on March 29 (Sun).

Rewards for Star Guardians who did not receive them on March 29 (Sun) were distributed sequentially starting from 05:00 (UTC) on March 30 (Mon).

However, considering the actual delivery timing, an additional mail will be sent to those who were unable to claim the rewards.

Further details regarding the redistribution schedule will be provided through this notice once confirmed.

For Star Guardians who were unable to check the mail rewards distributed starting at 05:00 (UTC) on March 30 (Mon), or who checked the mail but were unable to claim the rewards, the items will be reissued via the in-game mailbox as outlined below.
