Hello all. We have some upcoming changes to purchasing Divine Gems that will help make our game a safer place. Fraud in the Marketplace has caused ongoing issues that hurt the in-game economy and disrupt balance. To prevent further abuse and protect the integrity of the ecosystem, we’re updating our previous fraud measures.

All Divine Gems packages purchased on Steam will now be pending for a 72-hour period before they can be used in the Marketplace.

Diving Gems Purchasing Update Details

All Divine Gems packages will have 100% of the Gems within the packages flagged as (Pending). (Pending) Gems cannot be used on the Marketplace for 72-hours. Players can still utilize (Pending) Gems on the Divine Gem Shop (inside the Hongmoon Store) and purchase the Battle Pass without any limitations. After 72-hours (Pending) Gems will automatically be converted to their standard Divine Gem balance.

To confirm or view how many Divine Gems are (Pending) simply mouseover your Divine Gem balance in-game, and it will show you how many Diving Gems are (Pending).

TL;DR

• 100% of Gems purchased on Steam will be on a 72-hour hold for use only in the Marketplace

• Purchases in the Hongmoon Store / Divine Gem Shop and for Battle Pass will not be affected.
