This week's update continues to fill out hovering mobility options. Two new transforming hovers and one new dedicated hover have been added. The Fortress is a heavy quadruped hover hybrid similar in function to other hovering options but with the ability to slowly ascend. The Daumenfittich is also a quadruped hover hybrid but transforms into a high performance, high cost bipedal hover. The Haunt is the first hover-only mobility platform and features high performance all around with the ability to ascend and boost performance for additional heat build up.
2.36.0
Major Features
Added the MP/ETX01 Daumenfittich, a tier 4 quadruped leg that can transform into a high performance bipedal hover with the ability to ascend slowly.
Added the MP/GGG01 Fortress, a tier 3 quadruped leg that can hunker down to boost reload speed.
Added the HL05/G Loaded Lance, a tier 4 lance that can also fire projectiles. The HL05/G has slightly improved accuracy over its lower tier variants.
Minor Features
Increased the top speed and acceleration of hover legs by 10%.
Added an unsubmersion force while hovering.
Increased the acceleration force of all quadruped crawler legs.
Moved the ranged weaponized armatures out of the armature loot list and into the same loot list as the side cannons. This affects their manufacturing category, supply pod customization category and which guaranteed type slot they can appear in at shops.
Moved the melee weaponized armatures out of the armature loot list and into the same loot list as the melee weapons. This affects their manufacturing category, supply pod customization category and which guaranteed type slot they can appear in at shops.
Increased the targeting disruption build up of the HC04 Dazzle so it takes 7 shots instead of 9 to apply a disruption.
Reduced the strength of the fast dash part enhancement.
Reworked dash speed to be more impacted by mass. Previously the speed difference between a 250 and 350 mass build was ~1%. This same mass difference will now cause a 10% reduction. Builds above 325 mass will dash faster while builds below will dash slower. A typical armature build with two one-handed weapons has around 250 mass.
Removed the forward alignment bonus from the Bodai Roo and Fighting Frog boost dash so the length of the dash is more consistent.
Adjusted the mass of mounted weapons to make larger higher tier mounted weapons heavier.
Added unassigned keybindings for strafing when using mech relative controls. When dashing, the turning and strafing input will be added together to determine the dash direction.
Reworked how legs limit their side and reverse movement speed and agility. Legs will now start moving to the side and back faster when strafing but will have much lower top speed when moving in those directions.
Improved strafing animations to not be so terrible at high speeds.
Improve jump jet's ability to reverse direction or change direction at high speeds.

Fixed grapples not breaking when heat levels surpass the maximum.
Fixed being able to activate glide mode on hover legs to no effect while not in hover mode.
