Minor changes
Tweaked the placement of underwater element to show the tiles markers at their real altitude instead of at the sea plane. Should make it a bit clearer to work with range areas underwater
Buffed menhirs of elevation and lowering: gives
3-> 7 rewards by default, with a placement bonus of7-> 13
