Hello, Survivors!
Since Lone Apocalypse launched in Early Access on July 25th, we’ve received an outpouring of interest from players around the world. With only two core developers, we’re working day and night to improve this “scaffolded construction site.” Thank you to everyone who tried the game, left a review, or even requested a refund—every piece of feedback is helping move the project forward.
Why This Announcement
Recently, some media outlets covered our game with humorous headlines like “Experience a AAA Open World Survival Adventure for the Price of a Coffee.” While we’re grateful for the exposure, such phrasing has unintentionally raised expectations about the game’s scope and level of polish.
We want to take this chance to clarify the facts, reaffirm our intended positioning, and share a measurable plan going forward.
Current State of Lone Apocalypse
Statement: This game is not intended to compete with any major space-themed RPG. Lone Apocalypse is a small-scale survival game set in a post-apocalyptic frozen wasteland. It is not an RPG, and it is currently in an early version where only the foundational framework has been established.
