v 1.6.9 released

Version 1.6.9 has been released with a few bug fixes:
• Sinking ships no longer collide with live ships
• Fixed panning in chart view rotating 1p camera
• Fixed Complete Medium Mission achievement
• Fixed sunk tonnage stats not accumulating
