Midgardr is not just what it looks like
At first glance, it's a medieval city builder: you're a Duke, exiled by the King, tasked with building a village and keeping it alive. Cards, turns, resources, choices. A strategic board game.
But Midgardr has a dual identity and those who played the demo to the very end already know it. Because someone, somewhere, is moving those pieces on the board.

Think of it as a medieval Jumanji hiding more than it shows
A game within a game, a threshold between two worlds. What the demo reveals is just a glimpse a small opening into something much larger that will fully unfold in the complete release, which we'll be announcing very soon.

This is why we invite you to play the demo: not just to experience a narrative strategy game, but to understand what Midgardr is becoming.
Will your village thrive… or crumble beneath truths yet unknown? Are you really just... a Duke?
All Hail the Holy Radish
