Our first major patch is now available for everyone!
Since launch, we’ve been working through your reports and focused this first patch especially on stability, nautical chart loading and gameplay issues, alongside a number of Career, AIS and world improvements.
🛠️ Improved stability and addressed potential causes of rare crashes
🗺️ Fixed nautical charts failing to load when Windows user paths contain special characters
🚢 Added the new RoPax Arrival at Dover scenario
🛟 Fixed the Rescue Cruiser daughter boat launch
🚤 Added the Rescue Boat to Open World vessel selection
📡 Improved AIS target display, colors and scaling
🧑✈️ Improved Career tooltips and License Check guidance
👤 Fixed the First Person character head shadow
🌍 Various world, harbor and collision improvements as well as UI and gameplay fixes
⚙️ Improved update handling and default Resolution Scale behavior
Ship Handling Tutorials: We’re still investigating reports of tutorial progression occasionally stopping, particularly when an action is performed before the corresponding tutorial step becomes active.
If this happens, please press Ctrl + Tab immediately after the issue and send us a bug report. Reports now contain additional mission and Career Training information to help us identify and fix these cases.
