We know the launch got bumpy for some Servant of the Lake players, and for that we're truly sorry!
Fortunately we can share that our latest updates - Servant of the Lake - Achievement sync (version 1.6.0) - has smoothed things out so please make sure you are playing the latest version if you are: experiencing missing items, your save files getting corrupted forcing you to re-start the game from the beginning, or if your in-game achievements and your Steam achievements are not synced!
If you are still experiencing save-load issues such as disappearing items. Please do not reset your game but contact us via email to [email protected]. We have some solutions available for you.
Thank you for your support and make sure to leave a review yourself on the platform of choice if you haven't yet, we love reading them! 🙏
