Hello Jammers,
Ever since I restarted JD 0.20 development in September, I have been working non-stop, and now I can announce the following features debuting in 0.20:
Level editor and Workshop
The Jammer Dash editor is built with simplicity in mind. Some features have been cut off and will be added in future 0.2X versions. You can also upload the levels to the Workshop for others to play. Currently, no levels can be ranked, but with enough players and revenue the game gets, we will be able to get a ranking system out as soon as possible!
Controller support
Jammer Dash Version 0.20 will add controller support for UI and gameplay, but not the editor.
Replays
Your local leaderboard entries will now be able to be replayed by clicking on your leaderboard entry. This does mean all the other plays will not be visible. Your Steam stats (such as attempt count, fails, etc.) are not reset.
Improved Mac and Linux support
Jammer Dash now has improved native support for both MacOS and Linux!
Two new levels
The two new levels, Voyage and Frontier, are available on the Workshop as soon as you boot into 0.20. Just select the Official tag!
Nearing the end of the Alpha phase
The Alpha phase will end after the release of Version 0.30, and will enter the Beta phase with the release of Version 0.70, hopefully in 2027 (STC).
