Vending Machine Co. is officially out now!
Start small with just one machine… then suddenly, you’re running a whole vending empire across a lively Japanese-style city. Pick your neighborhoods, stock up on snacks, set the perfect prices, and keep your machines running smoothly.
The full version is packed with improvements, new systems, and lots of extra content to explore:
- Shift Click to quickly load boxes into your machines or truck (no more dragging!)
- Truck upgrades, including some “illegal” mods in Yakuza Row 👀
- Truck skins with colors and stickers to customize your style
- Charms from Temple Grounds that give daily gameplay bonuses
- Improved balance and a smoother earning curve
- Lots of fun minigames and side activities
About Supporter Pack DLC
We are also launching a Supporter Pack DLC alongside the game! It includes extra truck skins and cosmetics. It does not affect gameplay and is simply a way to support the game further. Thank you so much for being part of this journey ❤️

Important Note: We have an all-gamer team, and we don't like full game content to be gated behind DLCs. Please don't feel pressured to buy this pack; the full game itself has 6 skins and 6 different color combos for your truck. Supporter pack adds 10 more. Our artists did a great job with all hand-drawn artwork for this game, and the revenue from this DLC is shared among the artist team.
If you’ve been wishlisting, following, or sharing the game during development… thank you. We can’t wait to see your vending setups out in the wild!
Play now and start building your vending machine empire! 🥤🌸

One More Word from Rogue Duck Team
This has been our biggest launch ever. Vending Machine Co. became our highest wishlisted release by far, nearly doubling our previous record. That honestly means the world to us. ❤️
We got an enormous amount of feedback, very detailed feedback (some of you wrote essays), and bug reports. We read it ALL and referenced them in the game. It is safe to say that the community played a huge role in making the game what it is at release.
Thank you for believing in such a simple idea and giving it so much love and attention. Every wishlist, every share, every message… we felt all of it.
If you enjoy the game, leaving a review on Steam helps more than you might think. It helps us reach more players organically and keeps this journey going. 🌱
We’ll be here, listening closely. We’ll fix issues, respond to your feedback, and keep improving the usability of the game. 🛠️✨
Thank you for being part of this. Truly. 💛
