Added Brightness setting panel
- Shown on startup (as well as the "Language" Option)
- Available in the Main Menu settings, but unavailable in-game (complicated to implement in other scenes)
Misc
- Rebinding keys now also changes the icon linked to the binding shown in various in-game tips.
- Scaled down and rotated background icons in the Armorer's shop description cards.
