One year ago, we released the early access version of our playground card game My Card Is Better Than Your Card!
Here's how the game has evolved since early access release:
We had around 250 stickers -> now there's almost 400!
4 completely new sticker themes!
A huge amount of hybrid stickers for more diverse builds!
10 new toys!
6 new playground friends to play with ːmycrabː
5 new starter packs
CHALLENGE RUNS!
CHALLENGE BOSSES!
STICKER EDITING!
EXPANDED COLLECTIONS!
Hugely improved sticker reward systems!
A ton of balance tweaks!
Squished so many bugs ːmybugː
Many many other changes & improvements!
And so many of these were inspired by ideas from you, our players!
We are lucky to have such an amazing community! We love to see all the fan art, streams, videos, memes, cards, stories, and everything else that our game inspires you to create. In our internal chat, we share every funny clip, beautiful work of art, and heartwarming comment that we come across. Your kind words, amazing feedback, fun ideas and all the playtesting hours are truly invaluable to us on this journey, and you've helped us so much in making My Card Is Better Than Your Card! even better!
Hearing that our game makes you happy, inspires you, reminds you of your childhood, is everything we hoped to achieve with our game and so much more.
And there's still more to come! We will be releasing a fun content update later this month, we'll have some news about that very soon. We're also nearing our big 1.0 release next year! It's no secret that it's going to have some big cool features from our early access roadmap and we're hard at work making those happen!
From the whole Utu Studios team, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for all the support you've given us and happy one year anniversary to My Card Is Better Than Your Card!! We hope that you're as excited as us about what's coming next.
