Greetings, Captains.
This is StarSavior Director Lee Sungwon.
I am reaching out today because I believe it would be best to provide a more specific schedule for the updates introduced in the previous Dev Notes.
The topics covered in this notice are as follows.
1. Savior Balance Adjustments
2. Flash Point Expansion
3. Cube Palace Expansion
4. Gear Preset Feature
5. Guild Defense EX Stage Expansion
6. SSR Luna Arcana Addition
7. Combat Power Calculation / Tactical Analysis Improvements
8. New Seasons for Cosmo Gate / Guild Defense
Among these, we failed to provide the correct schedule for Savior Balance Adjustments, which was the first item we introduced. I would like to correct that information and also provide exact schedules for the other updates.
1. Savior Balance Adjustments
Scheduled for the July 2 update.
2. Flash Point Expansion
Scheduled for the July 2 update.
The addition of Naru / Vera / Annah Arcana to Flash Point and their balance adjustments will also be applied at the same time.
3. Cube Palace Expansion
Scheduled for the July 9 update.
4. Gear Preset Feature
Scheduled for the July 9 update.
5. Guild Defense EX Stage Expansion
Scheduled for the July 9 update.
6. SSR Luna Arcana Addition
Scheduled for the July 16 update.
7. Combat Power Calculation / Tactical Analysis Improvements
Scheduled for the July 23 update.
8. New Seasons for Cosmo Gate / Guild Defense
Scheduled to begin sequentially starting August 6.
The schedule shared in the previous Dev Notes was unclear, and in that process, we did not provide the correct schedule for the Savior Balance Adjustments.
Internally, the Savior Balance Adjustments had been in development with the goal of applying them in the July 2 update. However, in the previous Dev Notes, we incorrectly announced them as being scheduled for the final week of June.
While this was not an actual delay in the development schedule, the schedule we announced to Captains and the actual update schedule are different. Because of that, I believe this may feel no different from an update delay to Captains.
We should have checked the schedule until the very end and provided accurate information. However, due to my failure to do so thoroughly, we caused confusion and inconvenience.
I sincerely apologize.
Rather than simply delivering this through the patch notes, I believed it would be more appropriate to explain directly to Captains how the incorrect information was shared and what the corrected details are.
That is why we are providing this follow-up through the Dev Notes.
We do not view this as a simple schedule correction, but as an issue where we gave Captains incorrect expectations. We take this matter seriously. Going forward, we will do our best to provide accurate schedules for both events and content updates.
As an apology, we plan to send the following compensation to all Captains.
- Compensation: 1,500 Stellagems
- Distribution Schedule: After the maintenance on June 25
We will continue preparing the upcoming updates so that they can be delivered to Captains without issue.
Thank you.
StarSavior Director
Lee Sungwon
