Guide your Star-kissed Saviors, StarSavior!
Greetings, Captain! This is your Liaison Officer, GM Lisa.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the game force-closing during the Observation Report retrieval process.
To address this issue for Captains who were unable to proceed normally, we have taken the following measures.

■ Measures Taken
Re-issuance of Affected Items via Mail
Claim Deadline: June 30, 14:59 UTC
Mail Retention Period: 14 days from the date first opened the mailbox

The items subject to retrieval have been temporarily re-issued via mail to prevent the force-close from occurring. After claiming the items from your mailbox, the game may close once more, but will no longer do so after that.

■ Changes to the Retrieval Method
Starting after maintenance concludes, the affected items will be retrieved sequentially with each login, rather than all at once.
We once again sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

We will do our utmost to provide a more stable service going forward.
Thank you.
