Hey! We’ve been back from Gamescom and while we had the motivation get right back to work, gamescom flu and other health issues begged to differ - but we’re back now, and the improved Gamescom build is now online for everyone to play (including an experimental Linux Build!)! Compared to what’s been live these last few months, a lot has changed:
We added more details to the environment
The tutorial has been relocated and reduced to get you into the action quicker
Early level design has been reworked, and the Chicken Coop has a completely new layout and new prettier assets (we temporarily removed unfinished parts, too)
We added some opportunities to interact with a new NPC, including a checkpoint-race event that guides you through your first trip to the chicken coop.
On top of all that, we did a ton of reworks and fixes under the hood to improve stability and remove bugs (not the incredible ones – will this joke get stale at some point? probably.)
Now: Go! Dive in, have fun and say hi on our Discord!
