Dear players,
We would like to share an important update regarding News Company Simulator.
This project started with a strong passion and enthusiasm. Our goal was to create a unique simulation experience centered around journalism and running a news company. Throughout development, however, we encountered significant challenges — both technical and financial.
Unfortunately, under the current circumstances, we realized that we would not be able to bring the game to the level of quality and sustainability that we originally envisioned. Because of this, we have made the difficult decision to retire News Company Simulator from Steam.
This decision does not reflect a lack of appreciation for the interest, support, and feedback we received from the community. On the contrary, we believe it is more respectful to step back than to release or maintain an experience that does not meet expectations.
We have learned a great deal from this project, and these lessons will undoubtedly guide our future work.
Thank you sincerely to everyone who supported the project, added it to their wishlist, or followed its development. Your understanding truly means a lot to us.
With respect,
The News Company Simulator Development Team
