I have yet to verify the validity of this invitation. But if it is to be believed, it confirms widespread public speculation that this secret billion-dollar venture is, in fact, a Five-Star luxury theme park and resort.
When contacted via email for comment, Reardon's team rudely declined. It would be very unprofessional of me to publish what they said to me here. Especially if I want to get my hands on one of these invites.
