Hey everyone,
And just like that, the official playtest for A Story of Questions has come to an end! The two weeks flew by, the build is now closed, and I am sitting at my desk looking at a massive mountain of data and feedback.
First and foremost: Thank you so much. As a solo developer, putting your project out there for everyone to test is always a bit terrifying, but your incredible support and relentless bug-hunting have been absolutely overwhelming in the best way possible.
The Final Numbers
You definitely stayed busy behind the desk! Here is how the final data wrapped up:

And what about the hunt for the multiple endings? Last week only two players had uncovered all of them. Did anyone else manage to break through and find the rest of the secrets?

There are 5 now, congrats. :-)
What Happens Now?
Now that the playtest build has been deactivated and removed from Steam, my next step is to process everything you’ve given me. I’ll be going through every feedback form and bug report to fix issues, polish mechanics, and ensure overall stability. Thank you so much again for the feedback.
What's Next: A Public Demo!
If you didn't get a chance to play over the last two weeks, or if you're kicking yourself because you missed a couple of those endings ;-), don't worry, you won't be locked out forever.
The plan is to take this unique prologue story, apply all the fixes and polish from your playtest feedback, and turn it into an official, permanent public Steam Demo down the road!
I’ll post another update as soon as the timeline for the demo is locked in. Until then, development shifts back to the main game. If you want to keep supporting this project, hitting that Wishlist button or dropping a comment would be awesome.
Thank you all for making this first major playtest such a massive milestone.
Back to work!
