If you have not yet received the corresponding value from your in-game purchases, Steam may also provide a refund
Please refer to the official Steam platform regulations for specific procedures, requirements, and other details
Impact After Server Shutdown
Once the servers close, you will no longer be able to log in to the game. The purchased game will remain in your Steam Library, but will be unplayable.
FAQ
"Q: I still have unused paid Diamonds in the game. Can I get a refund?
A: Yes. You must submit a refund request yourself via Steam Support. Steam will review the request based on your purchase history and playtime."
"Q: Can I get a refund for free Diamonds given during events?
A: In accordance with industry standards, non-paid portions (such as event gifts) are not eligible for refunds. Refunds apply only to unused portions purchased with real currency."
"Q: I already bought the game. Can I still download it after it's been delisted?
A: Yes. Delisted games will remain in the Steam Library of players who purchased them. You can still download, install, and launch the game (however, you will not be able to log in or play after the servers close)."
Important Reminder After Server Shutdown
After the servers close, you will no longer be able to log in to the game. The installed game will no longer run, and all game data (including characters, items, and progress) will be deleted. If you wish to keep any memories, please make sure to take screenshots before the servers close.
