Akari is just an ordinary girl who loves watching idols...
...or so it seemed. As it turns out, she possesses the qualities of an idol with the ability to connect worlds. When she finds herself stranded in the unknown realm of the Void between worlds, she is forced to take the stage herself in order to find her way back to Earth!
She's the kind of sweet, people-pleasing girl who can never say no. At first she's full of doubt, worrying if she can actually become a successful idol, but her desire to live up to everyone's expectations drives her forward, even when that pressure threatens to overwhelm her.
Through her encounters with fellow idols from other worlds and the fans who cheer her on, she slowly but surely grows into a true idol.
She also harbors a very special admiration and deep feelings for Ruri.
Seeing her fight her way from an ordinary girl to someone who can stand proudly in the spotlight is a messy, dazzling story of growth!
