Fixed Incorrect Ball Respawn Bug

In a previous update, we added a feature to respawn the ball at the center when it falls out of the stage.
However, it was mistakenly respawning even when it shouldn’t have.
This update fixes that issue—now the ball only respawns under proper conditions.
