Hello controllers! A new update has landed. Three brand new voice models, redesigned User Voice Review and improvements to ILS capturing and VNAV.
We have added the following features:
New Light, Medium and Heavy voice models with AVX and OpenCL support
User Correction Panel (UCP) redone with history, multi-word and 3-button layout
VNAV Logic Overhaul with performance lookup tables for better climbs / descents
Active Runway labels (can be activated / deactivated in the Preferences Bar)
Past routes are now shown in dimmed orange
Route remains visible while on a vector
New Airbus-style ILS labeling (displays * for armed LOC and GS)
Added voice commands: "cleared [procedure] transition/arrival"
Added "one one thousand" / "eleven thousand" altitude phrasing support
Audio SFX to improve voice clarity
We have fixed the following bugs:
Only right turns via text
Aircraft climbs instead of descending when cleared approach
Altitude and then heading command
Improve ILS capturing speech understanding and logic
When giving heading then vector, the waypoint label stayed as heading label
ILS Readback not saying right, left or center
All speeds, altitudes and headings were possible, now aircraft tell you via TTS when a impossible number is commanded
Audio stuttering (audio capture no longer blocks the main thread)
CTDs in the voice review interface
Wiggly departures
Altitude constraints stacking for SIDs, TRANs and IACs
Aircraft unable to exit holding patterns (specifically LEBB)
Parallel approach Collision Avoidance
Flight level readback errors
Redundant setting assignments in NewAFL
I'm still working to improve the simulator and I need your help, drop by the Discord (https://discord.gg/Hr4Z8e3cyn) and tell me about problems you have had or new features you would like!
Remain on frequency :)
