Fixed issues:
- Fixed some inventions that were not using correct localized voiceover
- Two Missing texts in Chinese fixed ("threaten" and "plead")
- Fixed incorrect tooltip in district creation overview, while hovering over the commercial icon
- Fixed [city] tag visible in mayor’s election vote details view, which should now display the city name properly
- Fixed partner city unlocks, which were not displaying a tooltip in the progress cloud
- Camera rotation issue: - Fixed the rotating camera, caused by additional controllers plugged in
