New map: Plaza (beta)

- Added new Plaza map, designed for smaller quads
- There are some known small issues with the map still, so it's in Beta for now :)
- Slightly adjusted FPV camera position on 5" and 3.5" quads to avoid the frame being in view on high tilt and FoV settings
