Welcome to devlog 87. Sorry this one is a few days late, I've been addicted to a few games. As these things go, it seems that all of the games I want to play get released at the same time. Because I've been playing games, I haven't been working on projects. We consider this one a "bye week". So you'll get some screenshots from side projects instead. Next devlog is still planned for the 22nd. I'm just lazy.
To follow my personal projects and the game's progress you can join me at:

Valheim & Aniimo
Valheim 1.0 released on the 9th. A couple of my friends are bigtime Valheim players, so I wanted to join them on their days off. Basically played for a whole 3 days. Server isn't open right now, otherwise I'd have a screenshot of our sick base. Wasn't able to play with them until the 12th.
After playing that for a few days, Aniimo released on the 15th at 10pm, played that overnight for the last 2 days, and about to do it again (which is why this devlog is going up around that time).
Side Project Showcase
I am working on TTRPG card layouts for prototyping a project that has been picking at my brain for a while. Something I haven't seen before as a solo card game which I feel uses a clever mechanic for event generation. When I have a playtest build, I'll share it around for free, so that people can try it out. If people like it, I'll have the cards printed on demand through DriveThruRPG.
I have a couple webcomic series that I feel need some refreshing / remastery now that I have more experience as an artist. This one is Agony Network, which you can read on Tapas.
Kairete is a conlang I have been working on for about 20 years, and has gone under more than 30 iterations over its lifetime. I only feel now that it is starting to become "pretty good". Usable in the broad general sense that I can translate any word or sentence into it, and have it be intelligible. Very, very, challenging to do with only 140 morphemes (20 of which do almost nothing). It has a conscript, and I want to expand its dictionary to at least 10,000 words. Currently, it is up to like 1,700; which is more like 1,200 because of duplicates. Though for conlangs, that's a pretty strong showing.
Though it would be nice to print a dictionary or textbook for Kairete at some point. I tried vibecoding one, and the result, while pretty, was wildly inaccurate. AI can only do so much guys.
