Developer's Notes:
1.4 introduces new relics and items that can be unlocked through achievements. The Codex can help you find out more details. Any items locked behind achievements you've already completed will automatically be available to you. More achievements and items will be added in future patches.
This new set of items introduces some new one-off mechanics. You can expect UX improvements for feedback to help with clarity on these in the next patch.
