Implemented theme manager, with a new option to switch between classic and dark theme in gameplay menu. Theme designed by Brosband
New tooltip design, and tooltips now always display in a constant position unaffected by mouse
Fixed several objects not considering game speed for animations
Fixed some buttons not properly resetting when disabled
Fixed last hand not being counted in post-game score screen
Limited the number of sounds the slot machine could make at once, which was causing very loud sounds with huge scores
Updated Unity to 6000.2.6f2
