BitCraft Default Branch - Patch Notes

This week brings many bug fixes and quality of life from the new year cleanup as well as the foundations for the new quest system. We are trying a new approach where anything capable of being put out only on the preview branch has been put out there, with the plan to promote that to the default steam branch if there are no issues. Hopefully this should mean that if there are any issues with those changes they can be opted out of easily while we fix.

Added

• New quest system that splits up the tutorial into smaller quests. This is the foundation for further changes coming in the next update which will be improving existing quests, adding new ones, and changing the order.

Changed

• The ability to deploy a deployable will now also store it, if it's nearby.

• New players will now have auto-attack on their action bar by default.

Fixed

• Ancient Pots now should correctly respawn

• Combat actions with a long duration being overwritten by auto-attack.

• Tier 9 being called Magnificient instead of Magnificent.

• Claims dropdown showing newly created claims that you're not a part of.

• View storage on deployables walking all the way to the deployable.

• Passengers swimming in the center of the boat for the Fisherman's boat.

• Materials being refunded when changing a claim tile for another outside a claim.

• Cooldown reduction not being applied correctly.

Removed

• Snow piles will no longer respawn.

• Gift Hunt prospecting ability has been removed.

• Holiday premium store items and bundles have been removed from the store.
