Updated Sounds Effects and Animations for dice, consumable, bottles, and loot.
Fixed Twitch Custom Rewards to only set active rewards.
This is to address redeems not showing when the 50 custom rewards threshold was met.
Fixes a sequence bug with effects applied on captured triggering not when expected.
