Barbran changes

• Eltibule quest now requires Giant Snail Shells instead of Perfect Giant Snail Shells. If you had the Eltibule quest active, it has been versioned and removed from your quest log. Your next visit to Barbran will reset your quest status so you can grab a new one.
• General success chance for winning the weekly bonus roll increased from 2% to 2.5%
• Goblin Bits are now more party-loot friendly. Drop rate also slightly increased.

• Fix bug where an area's lighting changes drastically a few seconds after loading the area

• Add missing crystal ingredient to Winter Leggings and Winter Gloves recipes

• Fae Jewelry sparks now give +1 Max Health/Power instead of +0.0025

• Fix rendering issue in the party room of the Casino

• Fix for elf and human jewelry rendering in places that it shouldn't

• Fix special settings not persisting

• Word of Power: Elemental Immunity now actually applies all 3 immunities

• Allied monsters (such as guards in Eltibule & Vidaria) no longer increase your horse's anxiety

• Fix for pets and monsters being unable to travel through the ice barrier in Kur Tower

• Improve torch lighting in Eltibule, and add a few new interactive lamps
