This update features new water & swim mechanics and lots of new content!

NEW WATER & SWIM MECHANICS
Players can now enter and swim in water!
Some weapons behave differently underwater while others may be ineffective (like the Molotov).
Certain vehicles are aquatic (like the LAV-25), making them more useful in maps containing water.

Added Character Health game setting
Prevent auto-close doors from closing on vehicles and players
Increased Crossbow headshot damage
