Quests
Fixed a bug where the Saiadha Awakens quest texts would not display when playing the Tahuk Major Faction.
Fixed a bug where completing Chapter 6 of the Tahuk quest would not create the Perisai Leader.
Fixed a bug where a curiosity near the capital would trigger a quest that spawns too powerful armies.
Fixed a bug where The step 1 of Chapter 3 of the Tahuk quest would not have any reward.
AI
Fixed a bug where the AI would end its turn without playing if the player played a battle

Tutorial
Switched the tutorial to sandbox difficulty and removed the AI bonuses on normal difficulty.
Units
Fixed a bug where Horror units could not be upgraded.
