Begin your training to become the ultimate super soldier in Aurelia's Empire.
I am thrilled to finally present this project to the world - it has been an absolute labor of love and has taken many years to get here, but it is beyond ready to be passed into your hands. There is so much more I'm excited to talk about and share with you all. Over the coming weeks I will be sharing:
Roadmap for the rest of 2026 and beyond
TheoSync: Extended Look - A detailed video DevLog of the state of the game with a focus on "behind the scenes" content that is actively in development
Content updates, additions, and improvements to existing features/systems
I hope you enjoy the introduction to the world of TheoSync - please don't hesitate to reach out with questions, comments, or concerns about the state of the build or the project as a whole! I am still a one-man-band when it comes to in-engine changes and social posts such as this, so please be patient as I would ideally like to address as much of your feedback and as many of your questions as possible.
Cheers,
-Phil
Patch Notes: Early Access v - 0.7.0
Audio
All dialogue for the tutorial has been implemented.
Wrote and implemented a custom subtitle solution (currently only supports English but is our baseline for future Localization).
Subtitles are now toggleable in the settings menus.
Achievements
Steam achievements have been implemented (there are currently 12 total).
The native TheoSync system has been completely overhauled into advanced player statistics - these couple correctly with Steam's system but also fully exist offline. I will be adding many more trackable player metrics to this new implementation.
Player statistics are now visible from both the main menu and in-game menu.
Arenas
All arena playthroughs now also have a global time tracker (can be paused by main in-in game menu). This offers an additional metric of player performance that now tracks the highest round you reached on a specific map as well as how quickly you got there.
Your fastest time now displays on the main menu under the corresponding arena round.
Halls of Serenity - the player now receives a gun component at the end of the round for the first 5 rounds.
The Atrium - made the appropriate changes to accommodate and track the Gearhead and Beginning to Believe achievements.
