Thank you for playing Chapter 1!
The response to Chapter 1 has far exceeded our expectations. Over 125,000 of you have played Beyond across all platforms in the last 28 days, and the game has climbed from #25 to #11 on Quest’s top-selling chart!
For a game still in Early Access, we couldn’t have asked for a better start. Thank you for playing, sharing feedback, and supporting us.
What’s next?
Chapter 1 was just the warm-up. It gave us a chance to improve the core systems that will make the coming chapters even better.
Chapter 1 Part 2 is almost done, and we’ll share its release date soon. We’ve also made huge progress on Chapter 2, and we believe it’ll be a big step up from Chapter 1.
For those waiting for PvP, advanced firearm features like mag palming, procedural slicing, and more, they’re all still coming, and we’re excited to get them into your hands!
We’ve also made major performance improvements in Beyond and Unreality, our custom version of Unreal Engine 5. Our internal version of Beyond is now one of the smoothest VR experiences I’ve ever played, though it still needs more time before it’s ready to release.
Have a great weekend, Bar brawlers!
