- Testing some balance changes regarding ships feel too fast and fighter-like complaints, and time to kill in the early game.
- Reduced all ships' base combat speed by 25% to be closer to the speeds in BGVR1
- Increased small and medium weapon damage
- Increased lancer beam damage
- Adjusted ship blip orientation arrow to be more visible

reworked behavior settings for clearer control
-- Move settings: (new)
close = ship will get into weapons range if it has a target
keep = ship will maintain the distance that you set
hold = ship only moves when you tell it so

-- Distance settings:
Same as before, no change
min = smallest weapon range equipped
opt = range where the most weapons can fire
max = the largest weapon range equipped

-- Flank settings:
Same as before no change, only works with Keep movement setting
none = no behavior
left, right, rear = will position the ship to the targets flank at the set distance

-- Orientation settings: (new)
none = will orient towards nav point
point = will always orient towards target
shield = will always turn ship for strongest shield to face target

Other changes:
added saftey to "restart last warp in" option when dying
-- using this option now returns to the main menu to clear out the play space
-- restored ships have at least 1hp, some were saving with zero making them not spawn when restarted
removed holoblip ship pointer, obsolete with the orientation behavior settings
