what is done

• Implemented the cargo mode. A whole new class of levels!

• Added cargo containers

• Added signal smoke to help finding ground positions

• Added a sound notification when a goal is achieved

• Added some kind of "training wheels" to prevent tipping over on the ground

• Improved ground maneuverability of the aircraft
