Hello Scyron,
Thank you for the feedback since the launch of the Eversiege Demo!
We’ve been hard at work tracking down the most reported issues. Today’s hotfix focuses on stability and performance improvements.
HOT FIX #1
🛠️ Major Fixes & Stability
- Multiplayer Stability: Improved handling of host disconnections to ensure clients are returned to the correct state.
⚙️UI & Quality of Life
- New Performance Options: Added a Max FPS setting to the options menu, allowing you to customize the game’s performance to your hardware. Pause Menu Fixes: Resolved an issue where the pause menu would render behind the fresco.
- Fixed a bug where the game occasionally failed to pause correctly.
- UI Clarity: Updated the Daily Quest unlock description and reward display for better readability.
🔊Audio & Balancing
- Bastion Audio: Rebalanced the sound effects for Bastion destruction to ensure volume levels are consistent with the rest of the game.
📝 Known Issue:
- WASD / Direct Control: We're currently working on improving the wasd experience, which is why we have removed it from the demo at this time. We'll put it back in the demo once we are satisfied with it.
- Save Protection: The host leaving may lead to an infinite loading back to the lobby. We are aware this may happen and are currently working on a solution.
