Hi everyone,
Since release, we have made the following changes:
Fixed one of the character's portraits not appearing properly
Fixed/improved the glitch effect in multiple dialogue scenes
Fixed an issue with the highest value Bank of Km card
it was unintentionally appearing at the start of a new prestige run
Fixed certain upgrades triggering faster than intended (for example, Auto Boost going down to 0 seconds, or even negative seconds)
Fixed an issue where +1 Stat Upgrades would show improperly in the upgrade menu
Added functionality for the player to "Show/Hide" milestone cards so they can see things like the Km cost of leveling up stats, or what upgrades they currently have. (As a side note, we also want to allow players to purchase upgrades when reaching Milestones, but unfortunately doing so introduces a ton of bugs. For now we're holding off on making large changes to that system until we're absolutely sure that the game won't break.)
Players should no longer experience crashes between 70k-130k Total Distance (pink/grey orb obstacles).
Fixed a typo in a cutscene
changed the word "we've" to "we're" in the VR room scene
Added a version number to the Title Screen so players can easily tell whether they're up-to-date.
Overall cleaned up a lot of unnecessary files that were causing minor issues. Hopefully the game runs much smoother now
There are still a couple more issues we haven't been able to fix yet, you can read about some of them in the official "Report Bugs Here" thread (it's pinned in the Community Hub > Discussions section). Feel free to let us know any time you encounter one and we'll do our best to address it.
Thank you so much for playing Progress Racer RPG. You have no idea how much this means to me... I won't bore you with any sob stories, but every person who played / commented / reviewed / etc is absolutely my hero. I hope in the future we keep improving and make even better games and provide tons more hours of fun for you all.
Have a great day,
Dave
