Hey everyone!
We’ve just released a new update that brings exciting new features and important improvements to both Singleplayer and Multiplayer modes. Here’s what’s new:
🧭 Minimap in Singleplayer
The Singleplayer mode now features a minimap located in the top-left corner of the screen!
Currently, it shows the player's position and the marked buildings.
You can also hold down the "M" key to open a larger, detailed map for better navigation.
🔫 New Weapon: Shotgun
We’ve added a shotgun as a new weapon!
It’s much more powerful and effective at close range compared to the pistol.
At the moment, the pistol and shotgun share the same total ammo, but this will change in future updates as we expand the weapon inventory system with separate ammo types and more weapons.
🖱️ Custom Cursor
We’ve introduced a custom game cursor to better fit the overall style and gameplay experience.
🌐 Multiplayer Improvements
In Multiplayer, we’ve:
Fixed several notable bugs
Optimized the host-client-server data flow,
preventing overloads and ensuring a smoother experience for hosts
🎮 Overall Performance
We’ve also implemented general performance improvements across the game.
FPS drops should no longer occur and gameplay should feel smoother overall.
🌲 What’s Next?
We’ve started work on:
Expanding the forest area
Developing a mysterious surprise game that will appear in a special "surprise scene"
